**Connections Monday at CAM**
Connections Monday is a dedicated program at the Cameron Art Museum (CAM) for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia, along with their caregivers. Taking place on Mondays when the museum is closed to the public, the event provides a supportive and tranquil environment for participants. Attendees enjoy guided tours of the exhibitions led by CAM Connections Volunteers, followed by the opportunity to create artwork inspired by their experiences. The atmosphere is enhanced with live music from Certified Therapeutic Musicians, accompanied by various art-making activities.
Participants are welcome to bring a boxed lunch to the café or courtyard, though this is optional. The program is free, but pre-registration is required. For more information or to make a reservation, please visit the Connections page or email education@cameronartmuseum.org. You can also learn more about accessibility options available at CAM through the provided resources.
