Details:
Join us at "The Community Garden: From Sunshine to Salad," an interactive, family-friendly program where learning and fresh food come together. Participants will engage in a hands-on photosynthesis activity led by Master Gardeners, exploring how plants use sunlight to grow and thrive. An Extension Health and Wellness educator will guide families in preparing a fresh vegetable medley with salsa dip, highlighting simple ways to enjoy nutritious, seasonal produce. Each family will receive a grow bag, soil, and salad seeds to start a mini garden at home.
