Sunset Yoga at the Stable (with Sound Bath)

End your day in a state of relaxation and mindfulness with Sunset Yin Yoga at the Stable! Sunset yoga includes watching the horses graze nearby while listening to the sounds of nature and a sound bath, and ending with a view of the sunset. You don't want to miss this unique grounding experience! You're invited to attend: Sunset Yoga on 6/24 from 7-8:30 pm - All ability levels welcome! This session will focus on yoga stretches while grounding yourself, releasing stress and helping regulate the nervous system - Must be 12 years old or above.
