Join us for "Art in Focus," a special program at the Hood Museum of Art on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. This unique event is designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, along with their family members or care partners. Guided by specially trained museum educators, participants will engage in thoughtful dialogue about themes, artists, and exhibitions in an interactive gallery session, followed by an art-making activity (all materials provided). Assistive listening devices will be available. This program is offered free of charge, but space is limited, and preregistration is required through our website.
