Details:
This series is for anyone who wants to spend time outside, enjoy an active lifestyle, and connect with others.
Join us for a walking series where we'll highlight simple ways to improve your overall wellbeing while exploring different trails throughout Davis County.
This year, the Davis County Health Department and USU Extension are partnering to combine our walking programs into one engaging, community-based experience. Join us for in-person walks or participate wherever you are by tracking your own steps. In alignment with Live On Utah, we're strengthening our commitment to movement, mental well-being, and social connection. Visit liveonutah.org/ to learn about local resources and learn how social connection can prevent suicide.
We know that shared experiences can be powerful motivators for long-term healthy habits. By teaming up, we are able to offer more opportunities for participants to connect, build routine, and feel supported while learning and moving their bodies. More information about the kickoff event and walk schedule coming soon!
Walks are held every other Wednesday throughout the summer. There is no fee to participate, but we encourage you to pre-register to receive important details, including parking and meeting location information.
