DeLeasa Brown is a thoughtful, steady, and tactical operations professional with 30+ years of service in various executive level healthcare roles and settings. She is a Gulf War veteran with 10 years of dedicated service to military healthcare operations. That experience developed a passion for women in leadership, team building, mentoring, and coaching. DeLeasa received her Health Information Management degree from the Medical College of Georgia and Master’s in Healthcare Administration from UOP. In her current assignment, DeLeasa serves as an AVP of HIM Operations for a leading innovator in revenue cycle management. Serving in this capacity for 5 years now, DeLeasa is well regarded and respected for her inclusive communication style, talent for consensus building and entrepreneurial leadership approach to driving the business forward. She is people and outcomes focused, skilled at aligning change efforts with organizational goals and performance improvement strategies. Grateful for all opportunities and experiences along the way, DeLeasa has utilized everything learned throughout her life and career to become an impactful servant leader in her corporate roles, entrepreneurial endeavors and special projects.
