Led by Health Coach Cam—drawing from her background in dance, yoga, and holistic health—you’ll be guided through intentional stretches designed to release tension in muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, post-workout recovery, or everyday stress, this class will help you feel lighter, looser, and more aligned.

As your body unwinds, allow the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, played live by Christy Venus of Venus Energy Center, to clear stagnant energy and enhance relaxation on a cellular level.
