Five Key Functional areas will ensure the veterans and families receive the services they deserve. World Class Customer Service: - Our intake/triage center will receive the veterans by walk-in, web or phone to: * Assess true veteran and family need * Grow the veterans understanding of programs and services that could be of use to their particular need * Provide warm hand off to in-house program or direct referral to community partner * Follow up with the client to be sure that their needs were met Veteran and Family Resource Center: * Build on the expertise of the existing community * Offer office hours to service providers to enable on-site support as needed * Ensure that the providers will achieve support to the key areas of need Wellness Programs: * Mind, Body, and Spirit ** Call the Center for a schedule of upcoming classes Veterans Career and Employment Program: * Employment lab supporting job search and information through the web or a counselor * Classroom available for programming and seminars * Veterans entrepreneurial program, assisting in business development efforts * Partnership with local providers to achieve efficiency and take advantage of existing expertise Partner and Multi functional Space: * Meeting space for support groups * Transition and integration programming * Integrated Services
