CycleLife Studio is coming back to Buhl Park on select Wednesdays this summer for FREE Wellness Wednesday classes! We will offer a rotation of fitness classes (can be modified for all levels), led by different instructors on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. Classes will last 45 minutes. WHERE: Buhl Park- lawn of the Casino Building (near Lake Julia & the swimming pool) WHEN: Wednesdays at 7pm June 11- Mat Pilates with Jammie June 18- HIIT Strength with Delaney June 25- Yoga with Melissa July 2- Bootcamp with Chase July 9- Yoga with Melissa July 16- Mat Pilates with Jammie July 23- NO CLASS July 30- TBD Aug 6- HIIT Strength with Delaney Aug 13- Mat Pilates with Jammie SIGN UP & WAIVER: Book a spot in our CycleLife Studio app (download in your App Store) or on www.cyclelifestudio.com/schedule or come early to sign in. Join our CycleLife Team, FLYT Performance, & ProBike+Run for weekly bike & run groups that will be held starting May 14th at 6:30pm and continuing through the summer on Wednesday nights.
