Embroidered Bookmarks

Join us for a series of creative and educational events at the library! From ages 5 to 12, explore marine life up-close with The Blue Submarine's live tidepool animals, including sea stars and hermit crabs, in "Lifestyles of the Slimy & Squishy." For teens aged 13 to 17, express your creativity with an embroidered corner bookmark while learning basic embroidery stitches in "Embroidered Bookmarks." Additionally, our "Creation Station" welcomes ages 4 to 17 on Tuesdays and Fridays for small art projects that enhance coloring skills, construction abilities, and STEAM talents. Young learners aged 2 to 5 can enjoy Smarty Pants Storytime filled with engaging books and songs, while children aged 6 to 12 can participate in the Activity Hour for Kids, creating silhouette self-portraits with various materials.
