Join us for MERA's Needle Pushers, a welcoming quilting group that meets in the MERA Room. Led by Bonnie McQuatt, our gatherings are open to all, whether you're looking to share new techniques and designs or simply wish to try quilting for the first time. The camaraderie of quilting together adds to the fun, and newcomers can borrow supplies as they explore their interest in quilting. Participants should bring a portable sewing machine, rotary cutter, and mat for cutting and assembling quilts, while hand quilting will require a thimble, scissors, and quilting needles.
Additionally, we host sessions in the Pottery Studio located in the basement, guided by Heather Vriends. Whether you're a quilter or a pottery enthusiast, come and connect with our creative community!
