The Federal Way Library Makerspace Independent Study provides access to Makerspace resources. The following guidelines apply: One piece of equipment or kit per patron, as available. * Limited supplies and no staffed support (exceptions for any accessibility reason) . Patrons younger than 18 are welcome with a participating adult. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to room capacity. Laser printing is limited to a total of one hour of time per person. *Resources may be unavailable without warning, due to programming and ongoing maintenance. Patrons who are hoping for individualized learning opportunities are invited to join Open Labs and various equipment basics classes for more help and assistance. Reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities is available by request. Email access@kcls.org at least seven days before the event.
