Long Beach United “Summer Kick-Off Tournament”

Join us for a day of fun and activities in Long Beach on Saturday, June 20, 2026! Start your morning with the SoCal Pirates Run at Shoreline Aquatic Park from 6 AM to 10 AM, featuring 5K/10K races; dress in pirate attire for a chance to win awards. Later, from 2 PM to 4 PM, participate in the Foley Session: Creature Sounds at The Studio in the Billie Jean King Main Library, where you can create sounds of fantastic creatures using everyday objects—supplies provided for the first 15 participants.

Additionally, from 2 PM to 3:30 PM, unwind with therapy dogs at the Billie Jean King Library, featuring a craft station where you can create mini book keychains. Simultaneously, express your creativity at Club Graphite at the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library from 1 PM to 3 PM, where you can sketch and draw in a relaxed environment. At the Brewitt Neighborhood Library, drop in between 2 PM and 5 PM to design your own DIY Pride stickers with no prior experience required. All events are free and open to various age groups.
