Join the Teen Leadership Council (TLC) at the Bay Shore Neighborhood Library to share your innovative ideas for upcoming library events and play a key role in bringing them to life! The TLC meets for half an hour before the Teen Hang session starts to plan future activities and prepare for the day. Participants can earn volunteer credit.
