Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) is dedicated to providing lifelong learning opportunities, fostering a love of reading, and ensuring equal access to information for its patrons. RHPL boasts an extensive collection, including physical materials, eBooks, tools and technology, databases, movies, music downloads, language and genealogy services, business reports, and national news sources, all accessible to cardholders at no cost. The library serves the residents of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township, with a history rooted in community support and dedicated millage dating back to 1924. Its mission is to empower individuals to explore and create through resources that enlighten, educate, entertain, and inform.
