AIA Dayton is a professional membership organization serving architects in the United States, founded in 1899. It represents over 200 members across nine counties in Ohio, including architects, associates, and professional affiliates. The chapter is dedicated to fostering professional excellence, influencing the built environment, and increasing public awareness of architecture's benefits to the Greater Dayton community. AIA Dayton organizes various activities such as design awards, continuing education seminars, student design competitions, and networking events. Its mission is to be the voice of the architectural profession and a resource for its members in service to society, acting as a link between the profession and the community.
