NEW: Healthy Senior Initiatives

Osceola County invites residents aged 55 and older to participate in our new Healthy Senior Initiatives, designed to promote health and social connection among seniors. Each month features two free activities:

1. **Bingo**: Enjoy a lively social atmosphere filled with laughter, connection, and friendly competition, held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

2. **Sit & Be Fit**: A low-impact, seated exercise class that enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness, suitable for all activity levels, taking place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Both activities are hosted at the Robert Guevara Community Center, located at 501 Florida Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34743, and are offered twice monthly throughout the year.
