The retreat is limited to only six participants and is designed to optimize wellness and relaxation. It features oceanfront accommodations, delicious cuisine, top-rated amenities, and twice daily yoga classes in beautiful Captiva Island, Florida. Each morning, Amy will teach alignment based vinyasa followed by meditation. In the afternoon, Amy will lead gentle yoga and yoga nidra. Expect to feel both inspired and renewed after five days of beachfront bliss.
