full moon sound bath meditation

for this full moon in capricorn, we will honor the tides that have shaped us, during a reiki infused sound bath meditation
when we allow ourselves to soften and release, a space is created that will hold our next connection.
come out to relax and reflect in an intentional space, that offers support and comfort to who you are
this event offers a space for community to grow, as I hope all of my events do. there will be a bit of an intro into the themes of the session before starting the sound bath, and I will offer space to anyone that would like to talk about their experience after the sound bath meditation
I will be using multiple instruments during the session, including Tibetan singing bowls, quartz bowls, and various handheld instruments.
this sound bath is offered for $20
the studio has yoga mats, pillows, and blankets to borrow for your comfort, you are of course free to bring your own
I recommend bringing some water, as energy work is best when hydrated. a notebook might be handy for jotting down any thoughts, feelings, or memories that come up during the session
