Details:
The transition from summer to fall is a time to cultivate balance as we move away from the heat of long summer days to shorter and cooler days. In this 90 minute class we'll celebrate the arrival of the autumnal equinox through a grounding and calming practice including movement, breath, mudras and meditation.
