Say Cheeseboard! SOLD OUT!

Join us for the "Say Cheese Board!" event, a Cheese Board Alumni Reunion and Tasting, on June 10th, 2026, from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Hillside Club. This special occasion celebrates the Cheese Board Collective's expansion and its 60-year legacy in North Berkeley's culinary scene. The evening will feature a panel discussion led by local historian L. John Harris, along with alumni from the 1960s-1990s, including Bob Waks, Steve Sutcher, Giorgia Neidorf, Michael McGee, and Laura McNall, sharing their experiences. Attendees will also enjoy a short film screening by Bob Klein, documenting the Cheese Board’s history through original members' stories. Following the discussion and film, guests can indulge in a curated selection of cheeses and breads, as well as pizza from the Cheese Board Pizza Collective, introduced by current members alongside wine pairings. Please note, this event is SOLD OUT and no day-of tickets will be available. Celebrate exquisite flavors and the Cheese Board’s significant contributions to Berkeley’s food culture.
