Students will learn the technical foundations of creating vibrant pesto and pillowy potato gnocchi from scratch. We’ll walk you through everything from selecting the right potato to the final "boil and serve," ensuring you leave with the skills and recipes needed to recreate this classic meal in your own kitchen.
