Join us for the 2026 Central Nebraska Oncology Symposium!
This year’s symposium will focus on colorectal cancer and provide valuable continuing education for healthcare professionals. We are excited to welcome keynote speakers:
Dr. Justin Burr, MD
Board-certified radiation oncologist at the Kearney Cancer Center. Dr. Burr received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his radiation oncology residency at UNMC. He is a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology and has published research in the field of radiation oncology.
Dr. Rishi Batra, MD, MBA, FACS, FACRS
Colorectal surgeon, educator, and researcher at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Batra is an Assistant Professor of Surgery with extensive experience in colorectal surgery, surgical oncology, medical education, and academic research.
Registration and dinner will be held from 4:30–6:00 PM, followed by CEU presentations.
Hosted collaboratively by Heartland Cancer Foundation, GRACE Cancer Foundation, and NCS HOPE Foundation, this educational opportunity is ideal for physicians, nurses, social workers, and advanced care practitioners.
