The Kansas City, Kansas Fire Department is proud to partner with the Community Blood Center for a blood drive on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the City Hall Lobby.

Community Blood Center must collect nearly 600 units of blood every day to meet the needs of local hospital patients. There is no substitute for blood, and volunteer donors help supply life-saving blood to hospitals across Kansas and Missouri.
Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome!
