Summer Research Symposium

Join us on Friday, July 31st, for the Summer Research Symposium, where Alma College students will share the discoveries they have made and the skills they have developed through the Summer CORE Research and Environmental Sciences Research programs.
Throughout the morning, students from a variety of STEM disciplines will share research conducted on campus and beyond, including new work from the Alma College Ecological Station ("the Bog"). Their work reflects the creativity, curiosity, and rigorous scholarship that emerge when students have the opportunity to research alongside Alma faculty. Distinctive opportunities like these reflect Alma's longstanding commitment to undergraduate scholarship and are made possible through the generosity of our alumni and friends.
The symposium begins at 9:30 a.m. with light refreshments at the Wright-Leppien Opera House at Alma College and concludes at noon. Guests are welcome to arrive and depart at any time during the event.
