Introductory Woodcarving Class: Christmas Ornaments (Christmas in July)

Join us for an introductory woodcarving class and learn the basics of this traditional craft while creating festive Christmas ornaments - perfect for celebrating Christmas in July! Each participant will receive two pre-cut wooden ornament blanks. During the class, participants will carve and paint their first ornament while learning fundamental woodcarving techniques and safety practices. Time permitting, participants will begin and potentially complete a second ornament to take home and paint at their leisure. This hands-on class is designed for beginners and provides a fun opportunity to explore the art of woodcarving in a supportive learning environment. All carving materials and supplies will be provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for crafting and bring a lunch and a drink. We will break for lunch at approximately noon.
