WonderKids: Turtles!

Join us for an exciting day of exploration and learning with two engaging events designed for families and homeschoolers!

**WonderKids: Turtles!** is a hands-on program perfect for preschoolers aged 2 to 7, featuring fun activities such as singing, story time, crafts, and educational facts about turtles. Participation is free, but registration is required by Tuesday, June 2. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult, and space is limited, so please register everyone attending. The event takes place at the Isle a la Cache Museum, which is accessible, with outdoor activities covering 1 mile of uneven terrain. If you need assistance, please submit requests for aid 48 hours in advance.

**Homeschool Day at Four Rivers: BioBlitz** offers two exciting programs for various age groups. The BioBlitz, aimed at middle and high schoolers (ages 11-18), allows participants to engage in a naturalist-led field trip to McKinley Woods, using scientific tools to explore and document biodiversity. Meanwhile, younger learners (ages 5-10) can join the Discovery of Life program, where they can observe and document living organisms in their environment. Adult supervision is required for both sessions, and registration is also needed by Tuesday, June 2. Accessible facilities are available, with hiking distances of up to 1 mile for older participants and 0.5 miles for younger ones. Requests for auxiliary aids should be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
