Nature is a source of relaxation and wonder for many people. Join us as we learn how mindful observation has shaped the understanding of our natural world and explore strategies for staying present in the outdoors. We will go on a gentle stroll through our trails surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature while we learn about mindfulness practices you can use anywhere. Toward the end of our wander together, we will have a chance to practice independent mindful reflection.
Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 10 and older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
