Volunteer Morning: Monee Reservoir

Get some fresh air and exercise while helping to make a difference in your community by attending one or more of the Forest Preserve’s volunteer mornings. Activities will include brush control.
Age: Ages 10 and older.

Please wear clothes appropriate for the weather, getting dirty and being near a fire. Bringing water and snacks is recommended. The ground will be uneven and covered with vegetation, so please wear sturdy footwear.
Work will take place on uneven terrain that is primarily natural surface. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
