Artwork Submission: July 22nd 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM July 23rd 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM July 24th 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Judging: July 28th Notification of Acceptance: July 29th – 31st Awards Reception: August 1st from 6 PM – 8 PM Duration of show: August 1st – September 11th Eligibility: Must be a resident of Indiana. Works in any 2D medium, including photography qualify. All works must be original and ready to exhibit (framed and ready to hang – no saw tooth hangers). Works must have been completed within the last 5 years. Maximum size limit of 4’x4′. Must be 18 years or older. Entry Details: Artists may enter up to 3 pieces for a 35 nonrefundable fee. The fee is due on or before artwork submission. Payment can be made at the center, by mail, or online at myartsplace.org. Sales and Copyright: Sales are encouraged. A 30% commission will be charged on all works purchased. Your entry grants permission to photograph your work to use for promotional or educational purposes. Artists awarded cash prizes grant Arts Place the right to photograph the artist with their work. Artwork that is purchased must remain throughout the duration of the show. Artwork left 30 days after the close of the show will be considered abandoned. Insurance: All works will be insured while on site at the center. Please provide value of artwork if not for sale.
