1C1B is back this fall with Lady Tan's Circle of Women. Her 2024 release covers ancient Chinese medicine, women's history in medicine and the culture of the Ming Dynasty. We’re going to delve into some of the 5,000-year-old healing arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine - including acupuncture, herb therapy and tai chi - designed to restore balance and harmony within the body and mind.
