Sapna Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the recently displaced workforce by connecting their talents with new opportunities, moving beyond traditional resume-based hiring. They partner with Wired2Perform® to offer a platform that uses behavioral science and advanced analytics to help job seekers identify and showcase their skills, interests, and aspirations. This holistic profile allows employers to find ideal candidates. The foundation also supports community development in St. Johns County, conservation efforts, and child learning through Sapna Academy.
