Wine Essentials: Sips of Italy

From vineyard to table, Italian wine tells a story that’s been centuries in the making. In this immersive course, students explore Italian wines through the lens of culture, history, and craftsmanship — learning how wine styles developed, how to read and understand Italian wine labels, what distinguishes a good wine from a great one, and how Italian flavors are paired to enhance the tasting experience. Through guided tastings of two wines each day, participants gain the confidence to select, taste, and discuss Italian wines with deeper appreciation, cultural insight, and practical knowledge they can apply when dining, traveling, or entertaining. 4 sessions.
