Have a blast and get fit with this throwback workout program for all ages. Each week our retro fitness hosts Susannah and Jamie will be putting on 80s and 90s classics like Richard Simmons’ “Sweatin’ to the Oldies," step aerobics with Cher, Jane Fonda’s Original Workout series, and more!
Whether a beginner, out of practice, or looking for a new routine, all are welcome. No registration or leotards required, just bring yourselves and a willingness to move!
