Yoga at Knotts Coffee

Join us for Yoga at Knotts Coffee, held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 9:30 AM in the outdoor courtyard of Knotts Coffee Company, located at 1500 Bridgeport Way, Suffolk 23435. This class, open to everyBODY, invites participants to enjoy some outdoor zen followed by a chance to hang out and grab coffee. Participating is by donation and is weather permitting, so please RSVP to receive updates on any potential cancellations. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and feel free to invite your friends for some fun in the courtyard! Please note our cancellation policy grants a full refund to your Momence account if canceled 48 hours prior to the event start.
