Beach Yoga at 9th Bay Street

Join us for Beach Yoga at 9th Bay Street on the 4th Thursday of each month, with the start time adjusted based on sunset. Located at OV Beach, 9794–9798 Ninth Bay St, Norfolk 23518, this donation-based class welcomes all levels. Enjoy the calming environment of the beach while having fun on the sand—don't forget to bring a friend and your towel! Note that the session is weather permitting, and we offer a full refund with 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Please remember to bring your yoga mat along for the ride!
