Tasting Room

Join us at The Tasting Room at Wilson's for a casual weekly happy hour every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 8 PM in the upper level of the Ciderhouse. Enjoy a delightful selection of orchard-made ciders, specialty cocktails, handpicked beers and wines, as well as a rotating menu of harvest-inspired small plates crafted fresh each week by our culinary team. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind with coworkers, enjoy a relaxed date night, or catch up with friends.

Our small plates menu is scratch-made weekly based on available ingredients and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No pre-purchase tickets are needed, and drinks and small plates are priced individually, allowing you to order whatever sounds good! Check our socials for updates, as a new small plates menu is released every Monday.
