Strawberry Moon Dinner

Join us for the Strawberry Moon Dinner at Wilson's Ciderhouse on Tuesday, June 30th, starting at 6:00 pm. Celebrate the June full moon, named by Indigenous peoples for the wild strawberries that ripen at this time, with a delightful four-course meal featuring dishes inspired by this delicious berry. The evening will feature an exquisite menu, including:

I. Smoked Strawberries, Buckwheat Blintz, Rye Crisp
II. Strawberry and Salmon Tartare, Rye Crisp
III. Vanilla and Berbere Duck Breast, Strawberry Gastrique, Mascarpone-Potato Macaron
IV. Profiteroles, Strawberry Compote, Bavarian Cream, Grand Marnier

Each course will be paired with drinks, which will be alcoholic by default; non-alcoholic options are available upon request. Tickets are $85 per person, acting as your reservation, so no need to print anything out. If attending with friends, we recommend purchasing tickets together, but if booking separately, please note this at checkout for proper seating arrangements.
