Details:
Creativity looks different every month in the Art Studio! These drop-in experiences invite kids and families to explore different artistic materials, experiment with new techniques, and create together through hands-on play. In addition to all of the art supplies you’ll typically find in our Art Studio, check out featured materials, collaborative projects, and artist-inspired activities.
June Theme: Cardboard Creations
Think beyond the box during a month dedicated to cardboard construction and creative engineering! Kids can build using boxes, tubes, egg cartons, packing paper, and more while experimenting with simple connection techniques and cardboard-building tools. Featured activities include a collaborative “mech box” creation station and other cardboard-themed challenges and activities inspired by artist Wayne White.
