Upcycling: Cork Critters

Join us for the Upcycling Series at the Robert A. Lee Rec Center, where hands-on classes encourage participants ages 10 and up to transform everyday throwaways into creative art pieces. On Sunday, August 2, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., dive into the Cork Critters workshop, where you'll explore sustainable making, build creative confidence, and learn how small design choices can help reduce waste. No experience is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to create! The series continues with additional workshops, including Trash to Treasure on August 9 and Tee-rific Transformations on August 16, all for a $10 fee per session.
