Paramount Schools of Excellence (PSOE) is a network of tuition-free public charter schools in Indiana serving students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Founded in 2010, PSOE's mission is to inspire learning through an unparalleled academic approach and to transform communities by changing lives. The schools emphasize rigorous academics, technology, and environmental education, with a focus on creating an innovative environment that instills high expectations for success. PSOE has received numerous accolades, including being designated as an "A" school and a Four-Star School by the Indiana Department of Education, and recognized by the Education Equality Index for closing the achievement gap. The curriculum is data-driven and tailored to individual student needs, fostering confidence and self-advocacy. Beyond academics, PSOE offers unique programs such as a STEAM (Success Through Education, Agriculture and Mentoring) initiative that utilizes a 5.5-acre urban farm, and provides comprehensive support services including a school nurse, counselor, and a multi-tiered system of support for both academic and behavioral needs. They also focus on community involvement through various initiatives and partnerships.
