Join us at Glass Arts Indiana for an exciting opportunity to create your very own blown pumpkin or adorable duck paperweight in our hands-on workshops. This is the first season for our blown pumpkins, where you will tackle the intricate process of glassblowing under the guidance of our experienced instructors. You’ll learn to gather molten glass, choose colors, and shape your creation, all while navigating the many steps, tools, and quick repositioning required for success. Be prepared for a physically engaging experience that offers a unique challenge in the art of glassblowing!
Additionally, our duck paperweight workshop invites you to bring your creativity to life with a super-cute design, reminiscent of a rubber ducky. Each session includes safety and process demonstrations before you begin working one-on-one with our coaches to craft your piece.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as sessions start promptly, and late arrivals may forfeit their spots. Both workshops will require you to dress appropriately, with closed-toed shoes and no synthetic clothing. You must be at least 10 years old to participate. Once your piece is complete, it will cool overnight and be ready for pickup the next business day.
