Full Moon Radiant Reset

As part of Paséa Hotel & Spa’s monthly Full Moon Radiant Reset series, guests are invited into a restorative movement and sound experience guided by Be Ü.
Using wireless headphones, guests will move through guided somatic movement and breathwork under the moonlight at our indoor venue, followed by a deeply calming sound bath. This immersive journey is designed to quiet the nervous system, support release, and create a sense of renewal, both individually and through shared presence in community.
Open to all levels and backgrounds, this monthly gathering offers a meaningful pause to slow down, reconnect with the body, and experience calm, clarity, and connection under the energy of the full moon.
