This summer, give your child a joyful space to move, breathe, and grow!
Wildflower Kids Yoga Camp invites young explorers to discover yoga through playful movement, nature-inspired themes, music, and creative games. Each session gently introduces age-appropriate poses and calming breathing techniques that help children build confidence, focus, and emotional awareness—all in a fun, supportive environment. Through imagination, movement, and connection, children learn how to ground their bodies, regulate big feelings, and explore the world around them with curiosity and ease.
This is a process oriented camp based on holding space for creative learning, connecting, and allowing each child to thrive. It has been a gift each year to watch kids explore, learn, and grow in such beautiful ways.
CAMP ACTIVITIES:

CAMP INFORMATION:
Age Range: Designed for children 4-11 years old​
Pre-requisite: Must be potty-trained.
