Trinidad State Continuing & Community Education is offering a Free Summer Technology Workshop Series designed to help community members build practical technology skills in a welcoming, hands-on environment. These free workshops are open to students and community members of all experience levels — from beginners with little technical background to more advanced users looking to expand their knowledge. Each session includes live demonstrations, guided activities, discussion, and interactive learning opportunities. Workshop Schedule May 19 & 21 — Getting to Know Your Computer May 26 & 28 — Operating Systems Fundamentals June 2 & 4 — Building a Secure Home Network June 9 & 11 — Cybersecurity for Everyday People June 16 & 18 — Smart Home Technology June 23 & 25 — Introduction to Linux June 30 & July 2 — Build Your Own PC July 7 & 9 — Data Recovery and Backup July 14 & 16 — Introduction to Artificial Intelligence July 21 & 23 — Technology Career Exploration All sessions run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1–4 p.m. in Room 310 of the Freudenthal Memorial Library on the Trinidad State College campus. Workshops are free, but registration is requested for planning purposes.
