Details:
Trinidad Lake State Park invites you to a star party the evening of Saturday, June 13th. Join Bob Philbin, retired Astronomy & Physics Professor from Trinidad State College, at the amphitheater on Carpios Ridge from 8:30 -10:00 p.m. to view planets, constellations, stars, and galaxies. Dress warmly and bring binoculars if you have them!
Remember to Light your Site NOT the Night!
Turn off any Outdoor lights when they no longer needed.
It takes our eyes time to adjust to the dark and give us a better viewing of the night sky.
Check out the website's below to learn more about Dark Sky's.
