Join Deanna Philbin as she shares the joy of nature journaling. Immerse yourself in the beauty of southern Colorado’s landscapes as we slow down, observe and sketch or write about the wonders around us.
Whether you're an experienced naturalist or just curious about connecting with nature in a creative way this relaxing morning is perfect for all skill levels. Bring your journal and your warm beverage, favorite pens or pencils and your sense of curiosity.
We will have some journaling supplies, coffee, and hot cocoa. To reduce one time use waste bring an insulated mug which certainly keeps your drink warmer.
The event is at Sopris picnic pavilion- across from the amphitheater.
All activities are rain or shine, and are free to the public. All vehicles are required to have a park pass.
