Tech Help by Appointment

Get personalized assistance with using your phone, laptop, tablet, or e-reader with our one-on-one help program. In each 30-minute appointment, you can receive guidance not only on device usage but also on troubleshooting common technical issues. Additionally, our knowledgeable staff can assist you with understanding basic software applications, navigating library databases, and utilizing various apps to enhance your digital experience.  Please bring your device to your appointment.  If you do not have a device, we are happy to assist you on a public computer.

To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive assistance, we kindly ask that each individual schedules no more than one appointment per week.
