Details:
Get ready to stitch, snip, and maybe even laugh at a few tangled threads at the library! Teens will dive into the world of sewing by making their very own tote bag—perfect for carrying books, snacks, or secret treasures. You’ll learn the basics like stitching, reading patterns, and putting pieces together, all while having fun and maybe showing off your “sewing ninja” moves. No experience? No problem! By the end, you’ll leave with a handmade tote, new skills, and probably a few funny stories about that one stubborn thread. For teens ages 13-18. Space is limited. Registration is required. Accessibility - The library makes every effort to ensure our programs can be enjoyed by all. If you have any concerns about accessibility or need to request specific accommodations, please contact the library at 352-754-4043 Latecomers - Latecomers will not be admitted.
