This month join us for 'Freedom Build' in celebration of America's 250th! Feel the freedom to build anything you like with the help of our volunteers and staff!
This is not a class.
Open Build is an opportunity to use our tools and volunteer knowledge to work on your approved project. Volunteers or staff will be on hand to assist, but you must bring printed plans.
Patrons may only register for ONE timeslot per day, all others will be declined. This activity is intended for ages 18 years and older or youth age 9 years & older with an accompanying guardian.
Woodworking Open Build appointments on Thursdays at 9 am will be for woodturning/lathe usage only.
New to wood working? Need a starting place? Please be sure to choose a 'lathe' spot NOT 'flatwork' and type 'beginner pen' to be sure we can assist you.
All Makerspace activities require closed toe shoes and completed Foundry Waiver & Safety Playbook forms. These can be acquired at the Service Desk or online at https://www.pascolibraries.org/makerspaces/the-foundry/ Minors forms must be completed by a parent/guardian. Please review and comply with all safety protocols.
